Feel free to have him shapeshift or create duplicates of either Elijah or Alaric--just contact me before having them interact with anyone so I am aware of any potential fallout that it may cause to my CR beforehand haha.
Elijah possesses heightened senses so he would be able to tell a duplicate from a real person. He also possesses the mental ability to compel humans and vampires, as well as enter their dreams and sometimes their head in limited ways. I'm not sure if this would interfere with any sort of telepathy.
Alaric is just a regular human. But feel free to fuck with one or both of them.
1. If Loki wants to look like Matt for any reason, he can do it. Toy away.
2. Matt is a telepath and he can read minds. There might or might not be some feedback. But then again, Loki is a god, so it shouldn't be too difficult to break through it if he -really- wanted to.
3. Duplicate away. The lack of an actual mind inside any duplicates could give them away.

However, I don't know what the difference would be with a god. He was psychic at one point, so he may be more open to it, but he may be able to block it if he figures out how? *I'm on the fence on this one. So I'll say depends on the situation and reason, and discuss it then? * HELL YES! Because really, he's already had one version of Loki torture his ass, why not another?
You have blanket permission for all that for both of them. Neither of them have anything that would cause psychic interference or anything that would give away the doubles.
