You can do all of that stuff to Phil. He's just a regular dude. I'm definitely cool with Loki messing with him, but if he knows that it's Loki, it's going to get personal. You know how it is.
She's connected to all plant-life everywhere. I'm not quite sure how that translates to Loki being able to fit in there. *aka, we can talk about it

I think it's an 'on topic' basis. Some things, she might find amusing and would remind her of Harley. Others, particularly if he's messing with foliage, would piss her off and make her want to break his face.
Shapeshifting - This is a weird one, because Twin has the same power. XD'''''' So I'm going to tentatively say yes, but just the snake-man form, which is only tenuously attached to Twin in the first place. He doesn't have much of a sense of self, you see.
Telepathy - Well, Twin actually CAN read people, but I don't think that'll interfere in any way with being communicated with. So go for it.
Mirages - See shapeshifting. XD' As for Twin being able to detect, unless the mirages have a range of feelings and emotions, Twin will notice they're 'empty.'
Pranks - Twin was the butt of jokes often at the Carnival, and he's likely to prank people too. So go for it.
Imitating: Go right on ahead. If you mimic Alan to his face, that will produce some interestingly rage-related effects, as Alan has an evil facetwin called Mr. Scratch in his canon who happens to be darkness incarnate, so Loki could really fuck with Alan using that if he wanted.
Telepathy: Absolutely. I have no probs with this. He's just a writer, so there's no sort of conscious interference that Alan could cause. Any unconscious interference might be a dark fog caused by being touched by the darkness early in his canon, when he was being controlled, but I honestly don't see that being a relevant problem to Loki. Different being entirely from the Darkness.
Mirage duplicity: Refer to imitation notes, and know that fucking with Alan would be a hoot.
Shapeshifting: Why not? Between Kenzi, Zoey, Twin and Loki... there could be a LOT of doubles running around. It would be hilarious.
Telepathy: I don’t think that her gift of foresight would do much here, but she would be incredibly wary of telepathic communication, until she’s certain he can’t read her mind.
Mirages: She might be able to get a sense of... lacking when close up to one, but it wouldn’t be all the time, and occasionally she might just... know. Most of the time it would just be if she reached out to touch them. It’s a possibly on the producing duplicates of her; although it could be amusing.
