It's quiet in the TARDIS without the Ponds. Eleven's not unused to quiet in the TARDIS, and he can go back to it easily enough, let the people who latch onto him drift away again when the time's right -- or, sometimes, when it isn't. That one happens far too often. Anyway, the point -- the point is that time is approaching for the Ponds, and they have a Pondy life back on Earth, and maybe Eleven is weaning himself off them. Funny, Amy didn't think of that one, but as he prods at the controls and listens to the TARDIS sing for him (or complain... but he prefers a noisy TARDIS, so there, River), he's pretty sure that's where he's at.
But that's okay. Silly old Doctor has his magic box, and soon -- there. He grins and dashes off for the door, throwing it open.
"Hello..." He trails off, his smile falling. Where is he? "...someplace!"
He's in a place! He likes places. Places are good; places usually have things in them, and sometimes they have someones in them, and someones are nice. Usually. A lot of the time

Loki's flat, he might be somewhat regretful to inform the Doctor, is no more full of buttons than the average person's for this time and place. Might be, if he knew that that was in any way a preoccupation, or remotely inclined to care. As it is, he doesn't, and isn't, and so saying as much isn't what he does at all.
Mostly, actually... mostly what he does, at least for a brief span, is stare. Not because he's never had someone or something appear in front of him out of thin air before. Even if he hadn't, he does it himself with surprising regularity. Nor is it even the peculiarly bouncy behaviour of the individual in question, as, well, the in-between does funny things to a person's head. And ability to hold their lunch. He ought to know.
No, it's more that the fellow is here, invading his living space along with the... Cyberman, apparently. And that's really rather rude of the both of them

There are probably switches though! Switches are good, almost like buttons, usually less inclined to do the fun things, but really that depends on what part of the universe you're in.
The Doctor isn't blaming Someone for the Cyberman, but really -- come on now -- Cybermen are bad! Shouldn't be left to hang around in a place, obviously! Even if Someone has no cause to know that, he shouldn't... just

Loki offers a faint tilt of the head, expression considering. He doesn't recall calling for a doctor. He's also fairly certain that most people have names along with titles. People don't run around calling him 'god', after all. Sometimes they lay down and call him god, but that's really an entirely different situation in which it is generally obvious that they do, in fact, know his name and are opting not to use it
