I was having a rough time up here at first. nothinig was going my way, i was going out way to often and when i went out i was drinking way too much, I felt like the friends i had up here were only friends that i had because they were conveniently located in my room, and for once in my life i had more free time than i knew what to do with so i wasnt

Hey it's good to hang with friends other than your close friend circle. It can begin to feel at times as if everyone's using you... Gah.
It's good you're running atleast, so you're not wasting time. Try, perhaps reading? It's a really good time passing .. thing to do, and if you read then you don't end up struggling to comprehend a sentence like I just did back there. [Oh God, and I'm applying to do English at University].. Eeek! =/
