I actually first heard of that poem while watching the movie Till Human Voices Wake Us. Have you seen it? It has Guy Pierce and Helena Bonham Carter in it, and I believe was filmed in Australia.

It's very good, if you haven't seen it you should rent it.

It didn't get very much exposure over here. I saw it on satellite. I really think you would enjoy it, though.
