I was going to call to find out what days they have available for learner's test for motorbikes. *Yea* - happy thought there - the financing on the bike went through and I need to have learner's to ride the bike and then later the license.

Hmm ... okay ... Perhaps try not phoneing at lunchtime (12h00-13h00) or either tea break (10h00-10h30/14h00-14h30) and I think they also close at 15h00 and only open at 09h00.

Hmm ... Me likes those times!

oh and the reason I called the police deparment is that they somehow merged with the traffic department. They more than likely cutting on costs now that they merged, but still pretty damn useless if you ask me.

Wow, it's a good thing you weren't dying.

If you are about to die - it is better to call the pizza delivery guy. He will show up before the ambulance and you can always jump on the back of his bike on his route past the hospital to help you get there in time.
