Well we've been home for almost a week. There's cable and internet and the dog and cat are ok. Our house was ok, just smelled bad because of the fridge. So I was nesting for the first day or so. Actually I hurt myself yesterday and hurt is such a mild word to describe how I'm feeling. I fell down on the stairs at my in-laws' house. And this isn't the first time. So it's been like a big slumber party here abouts. They let us in to see the damage Friday. We left Arlington Thursday around midnight. Elo drove the whole way, thank goodness. Elo's mom treated us to a day of fun(ish) today. We went to the Fort Worth Museum of science and history to see a movie at the Omni theater and the planetarium. The Omni is a dome-like theater that is pretty cool. We watched Volcanos of the Deep Sea. It was informative and kind of exciting. Today was a good day, I think. And it was my "so called" bad classes. The first two classes are settling down well and turning in their work and trying to get what they need for class.
