i make tuna with onion seasoning. i hate onions.
and i put mustard in it, along with the mayonaise. it makes it more tangy, and i like stuff that way.
i also use a little bit of chili powder.
try mincing up a pickle like you did the onion next time, and it should be REALLY good.
