Likes: Friendship and family relationships, humour, hurt/comfort, sickfic, fluff, telepathy/empathy, cultural differences, gay/bi characters (especially gay Spock), episode tags/missing scenes, canon-divergent AUs and fix-it fic, happy endings
Dislikes: Character bashing, death of requested characters, dick jokes, asexual/aromantic headcanons, first and second POV
Other: Feel free to include any background pairings you want, canon or not, as long as they don't conflict with Kirk/Spock (either universe). Also, since I know there are arguments about it, I take Vulcan body temperature as higher than human.
Prompts:
Kirk & Spock (TOS): I'd love fic dealing with the aftermath of pretty much any episode, or anything where one of them gets hurt/ill and the other takes care of them. Especially if they're stranded somewhere and have to keep each other alive until help comes. I also really like the idea that they have some kind of mental link and know if the other is in danger.
Spock & Saavik (TOS): I really like their mentor-student relationship in canon, and would love to see something like that explored in fic. Saavik deciding to join Starfleet Academy, or Spock mentoring her while she's a student, or what happened to her after we last see her in The Voyage Home. Or the two of them bonding over being half Vulcan and half something else.
Spock & Spock Prime (AOS): I love the idea of the two of them being friends and Spock Prime acting as a mentor to his younger self. I'd like to see them staying in contact and Spock Prime offering advice (within reason) about the crew, his father, etc, and/or comfort over the loss of Vulcan, or keeping him updated about the colony. Please no references to STID.
Spock & Pike (Either): The hints of their relationship in "The Menagerie" have always fascinated me. Spock was willing to risk his life for Pike, not to mention committing mutiny - that implies a pretty strong affection between them. I really like the idea of Pike being a mentor to Spock, or even a sort of father-figure, and Spock looking up to him and wanting to please him. (I also like the idea of Spock having feelings for Pike, but only in a 'teenage crush on a teacher' type way - the idea of Pike reciprocating kind of squicks me.) The tag is listed as TOS, but I'd be just as happy with an AOS exploration of their relationship if that's where your muse takes you - you could do a lot of interesting stuff with the fact that he's Pike's first officer in that universe.
