So the goal this week is to stop being defensive in general. Much yoga, much fooding, much scrubbing of things is on the agenda....what do you guys generally do to relax? In other words, any suggestions?
Watch movies, read, bubble baths. A warm drink (like herbal or chocolate) is like a bath with the warm liquid inside rather than outside. Chocolate (dark, like semi-sweet chocolate chips) in a pinch.
