I didn't think so either! But I guess the anti-choice contingent has been preparing for this for a long time, and were just waiting for Alito to get sworn in before taking action. I'm wondering how the lack of an axception for the health of the mother is going to play into this. It should defeat the law, because a severe health risk, even if it doesn't kill you, should be enough of an infringement on the person to be unconsitutional. It will be scary if that gets upheld, because it opens up a whole new door to ways the government can invade our bodies!
