Good Idea: Going out to eat on a Friday night… a perfect way to unwind for the weekend.
Bad Idea: Watching "Super Size Me" on DVD and feeling miserable about all the bad for you food you just ate.
Even Worse: The ice cream we bought for dessert on the way home might as well be in the garbage. Nobody is going to eat it now.
