I have not idea why they call it spinning. The bike doesn't move for the whole hour.

(just completed 1st spin class)

Anybody know of any methods of cataloging about 1,000 books, maps, charts, articles, magazines and other stuff? I'm trying to find something online but the programs arn't very robust.

Saturday morning I’m attending a first aid course at the dive shop. Will someone please tell the Red Cross that CPR is impossible to do in the water. Got a colorful book from Emergency First Response on Primary and Secondary Care. Know it’s important, just wish they didn’t dumb it down so much.
