It  was Interesting seeing some of the plants in Red Rock Canyon as the only real time I saw the Nevada and area was during December 2008 where it snowed on they back from LA into Vegas and they got 8" of snow outside of the city

apparently the desert down there has these "superbloom" years every so many years... and this has been one of them!

I was amazed at how green everything was
