Rural Georgia
His everything~ or at least, a good chunk of it. Sven loves Will to death and doesn't mind the flaws all that much. They may bother him, sure, especially when Will drifts into self destructive behavior, or throws himself into situations without thinking. But they are flaws Sven is happily willing to work with and accept. He plans on spoiling him, pleasing him, comforting him, and spending time with him forever.

Indiana
A great friend. Sure they have a lot of differences, but who doesn't? Eli's midwestern attitude makes Sven feel more at home when he's around him. It also helps that he doesn't cary much baggage... or at least, doesn't talk about the bad too much. Sven can easily relate and feel more comfortable opening up to him in that respect. Sadly Sven has a habit of trying to 'fix' people, and luckily Eli may just tell him to back off.

Wisconsin
A state he THOUGHT was familiar with, but now it's just gone down hill ever since Gabe shot him. Gabe was someone Sven used to sort of trust and almost look up to in a way. Wisconsin and Minnesota used to have a strong similar bond with each other. But because of HQ and a turn of events, Sven isn't even sure if he knows him anymore. It doesn't help that Gabe jumps from multiple personalities, which confuses Sven to the point of not even wanting to deal with it.

Iowa
Iowa is another neighboring state where Sven is rather 'eeeh' about. The drama associated with all these crazy people with multiple personalities sort of makes him uncomfortable, and thus he avoids confronting anyone about it. Other than that though? Sven likes Jack as long as he doesn't try to be superior. Minnesota has a bit of a superiority complex when it comes to Iowa and the Dakotas. Eventually it boils down to "shut up I have trees". But I digress-
Other than the multiple personalities, and superiority complex, Sven still likes Jack. He's another neighboring state which he thinks it's possible to trust, and their history has a lot of similarities as well.

Kentucky
Though they probably don't talk much anymore, Sven likes Kenny as a friend. He just wishes he would make up with Will (which probably won't happen in a very very long time). He's more than happy to take Kenny under his wing if he needs it, and he finds him to be a likable person. Sven finds him comforting, and he's enjoyed the conversations they have had so far, good or bad.

Northern Minnesota
Sven has a sad tenancy to ignore Lena.... a lot. Money rarely makes it's up north, unless it's for roads. But other than that? She's just his sister. He will protect her if need be, and he keeps a small eye on her, but other than that? he's not that good of a brother to her, a younger brother at that.

South Dakota
Same as Lena. Sven will be happy to talk to Matt, but he has a tenancy to ignore him. He sees him as a neighbor and sadly not much else branches from that.

Michigan
Sven sees him as a bit of a rival, but only by a little bit. He gets irrationally angry when Griff claims Hockey fame, but that's just because Sven also claims to be 'The State of Hockey', and boasts on that front as well. Minnesota drifts between siding with Michigan and Wisconsin on many issues.

Illinois
Vince has always been a bit of an antagonizer to Sven, that? and he finds him very intimidating. After a recent event (Sven killing him...) He's been on bad terms with him.
