I say this with no doubt in my mind, The Adventures of Pete and Pete is the greatest televison show of the 1990s. Northern Exposure is almost as great. The X Files is pretty good. So is Third Rock from the Sun is sometimes as funny. Its mix of surrealism, and fondness for childhood works amazingly together. Big Pete and Little Pete stand as

awwww man, when they came out on dvd I was soooooooo excited, as I had every episode on vhs, still do somewhere at home. man, it's even funnier as an adult, I've converted many friends to its brilliance. weren't the villains awesome? my fave was Endless Mike.
