brief winter update

Much rain, much mud.
This means minimal outside time, for another handful of days anyway.
Getting very low on hay, the grass will start to grow more soon.
Horses are sopping wet, but well :)

Not doing too badly darling sea pony :)
How are you?
My new dairy farm job is good, but for the mud..
unbelievable mud - tell me about it.
Drafting cows yesterday, my feet got stuck in the mud! kinda like being cemented to the ground. Couldn't get outta the way of a big cow quick enough and got stooden on. Now have bruised foot and sprained ankle :(
Not too bad, a couple of days I should be fine, but still frustrating nonetheless.
Thankfully it is a beautiful day today, hopefully it will last...
