And two wisdom teeth that need to come out.

INSTANTLY: 3k in dental bullshit I need to get taken care of.

Although, unless your wisdom teeth are actually impacted, I would put that off to a separate visit from the cavity-filling one. Too much at once. Also, there is not enough novacane in the world to make that tolerable. :/
