Saturday morning SJ and I made breads (mine: aran breac, a traditional Irish dessert-ish bread; SJ: Irish soda bread, very yum), then trekked to the farmer's market and got cauliflower, bread, asparagus, spinach, and raw milk. *chuckles* I'm glad to have come in early enough (from the IRL point of view, obviously not the electronic one) to not feel totally like a fish out of water. "Starting things in groups in person is hard" and all that! It's certainly more fun and educational than coming into a group and going "Here's the cookie-cutter ritual, we put you in as Pryderi today."

2. I love Canada geese. My parents' house has lots of them all the time, and, while falling asleep, I probably heard them flying over our house the majority of the nights I slept in their house, for about eighteen years.
