oh my god this is such crap, I hate people who are so tied up in their religious beliefs that they become zealous, close minded, bigots!

"Even if homosexuality were someday proven to be genetically related, *inborn* does not necessarily mean *normal*. Some children are born with cystic fibrosis, but that doesn't make it a normal condition."

"Inborn tendencies toward certain behaviors (such as homosexuality) do not make those behaviors moral... People born with tendencies toward these behaviors have to fight hard against their natural
temptations"

"Apart from the sexual aspect of a gay relationship, what they have is really "best friend" status, and that does not require legal protection."

Then it links homosexuality to abuse and incest in morally wrong things that haven't been condemned by the bible, and this is just the beginning!

those people just sicken me, sitting up their feeling oh so holy and self-righteous, coming up with a rebuttal for everything, even arguing against the belief that homosexual teens have more problems with depression than heterosexual teens, and that you just have to fight your 'unnatural' homosexual urges, because people aren't really homosexual, they just are tempted into bad habits. I just want to smack that whore.

Um... ditto! I think I need to punch someone...

Marriage is a legal institution in order to offer protection for women and children. Women need to have the freedom to devote their time and energies to be the primary nurturers and caretakers of children without being forced to be breadwinners as well.

Even if it wasn't related to being homophobic, that kind of stuff just pisses me off. 'Oooh, poor me, I'm a helpless woman who can't go get a job because I have to raise my six children - someone please keep the mean gay people from stealing my rights.'

Makes me sick.
