Moving into dorms

Yeah it's going to be crowded. It's less crowded if you move in after 2:30 (open move-in) on Friday. I would do all my shopping before I came to Carbondale or do my shopping really late at night, but that's just me, Wal-Mart and the Mall are hell durring week-of-welcome. Durring week-of-welcome Wal-mart has to pull in employees from the other stores in So. ILL, and makes more money in one weekend than the entire Xmas shopping season. As I said. It's hell.

You can move in early but it costs like $50 bucks, and it's not really worth it because last year the open move-in time on Friday was barely crowded at all. The real carnage comes all day Sat & Sun.

Us student life advisors will be there to help you move in too, so pack light because I have a bad back!! No, I'm just kidding. LOL :)

BTW. What Residence area are you moving into?

oh, I decided not to go to Southern Illinois. I thought you were talking about Michigan State, which is where I'm going. Sorry for the confusion, but thanks for helping me.

She's so fun. Also you asked about my ethnicity in my journal, I'm half chinese and half indonesian. :) if you have any other questions, feel free to ask me
