AHAHA. There's this dude on TV, and these pigeons are in his apartment, and he's yelling at them, 'Go out the window! Go out this one! Go! Go!' Then he turns his camera towards himself and back at the birds and he's runnin around with this camera, trying to get these pigeons out of his place, and he says, 'You don't speak English, do you?!' And then they fly out of the window... after several failed attempts to leave, thus running into the window on the way. And now the dude is freaking out.
