Well, I was looking through all my fanfic files yesterday. And writing in lots of them, you'll be happy to know. I even discovered a good nine thousand words I'd completely forgotten I'd actually written, and a rather fine and dandy epic plot (remember the original Tardis BigBang challenge? Yeah, I started something... EDIT: And now it's official:

You should see my cane. It is completely and totally epic. I have many photos. I cut the head off a walking stick and my neighbour-across-the-road who has an entire workshop in his garage stuck metal on it and I can screw a big ball into the top and I'm painting it purple right now! IT'S BEAUTIFUL!

Facilier love! LOVE LOVE LOVE! We have the movie, and can eat popcorn and watch it on our computer and LOVE.

When it comes to sweets and candies, I don't know any brand names or any of that. I'm a sucker for caramel, though, and butterscotch. Xan likes anything that has chocolate in it (no artificial colors or HFCS, though). Surprise us!

You'll also be seeing Alex and Amber too, and Amber's boyfriend, plus my crazy gran and great aunt and we'll have tea parties and dances to go to and lots of fun!

OMG I KNOW. I can't wait to see what the mind of Lali has created, including the stuff that you don't post online, I can't wait to read *that* and you'll have access to our internet and my files too, if you want.

I also have many many postcards and outfits and things like that too, we can totally dress up and walk the city for no reason at all. There is so much I want to show you when you come here, it's going to be SO EPIC^EPIC.

I'll wait until you get here to put up the fort, so you can give me an extra set of hands and all. <3 I'm even planning on having a separator so you can have some privacy, too!

Sweet holy goddesses, everything you say makes me even more excited! I highly doubt I can get Facilier finished in time to bring him over with me, but boy do I want to now. I'll have to find another costume to bring with me for sure!

Ah, no fail... I saw you both at Bill Bailey, so I knew you were back, and got distracted by costumes and errands and packing and birthdays in York and so I also have not got round to visiting. No fail, just lots of oops. *hugzors*

(Putting felt on a frame for a top hat is much harder than it looks. :/ Yet to complete...)

For the felt... what if you use velcro? One piece to get it to stay on, and the other piece to "pin" it to the velcro?

Or superglue. Superglue sticks to everything. Or a hot glue gun? I have one of those.
