OT: refinancing?

it occurred to me to ask this here, as so many of you I met are bright type folk from the greater LA area.


I think I should refinance my home mortgage. yes, I have one; I know I don't look it... maybe I'll start looking more like it after I deal with enough refinancing paperwork. anyway, I've been bombarded by obnoxious phone calls, emails, and junk mail pretending to be important letters offering this, but rather than take one of those potential scumbags up on it -

does anyone have a good refinancing type person/company to recommend? I'm in West LA, fwiw.
