Gracie chewed through my work laptop and the battery went and ran itself dead; now not only do I have two unusable laptops, I can't work from home and will also have to explain what happened whenever I turn my work laptop in. I have seen this - I looked through the options and the commercial products (scented tubing) are horribly pungent according to reviews. A trip to the hardware store is needed but I was planning on proofing all the wires when I got my Vaio cord back which looks like it won't be anytime soon. Turns out I waited too long hoping that would be finished in an acceptable time frame.
