I suppose most of you have heard about the article featured in the Baltimore Sun about the high STD spread rates in Carroll County between teenagers. The article purports that this high spread rate is due to what they dubbed "sex parties". This is an article in response to that one

The stories about some Carroll kids taking the big chances were in the Baltimore Examiner. The Sunpaper has not even bothered to do one of their weak followups.
