You know what really burns my cookies?

Those people who say, "I have so much more energy when I work out!" and "I have so much less of an appetite when I exercise."

Am I the only one who's fatigued by working out and made ravenous by exercise?

Well, before I developed fibromyalgia, I used to work out pretty heavily, so I can actually say something toward this...yes, in the short run, working out hard made me tired and hungry. In the long run, though, it in general gave me more energy to live my life with. But no, it never made me less hungry. What it did do was give me more of an appetite for protein, vegetables, juice, and water, and less of an appetite for junk food--unless I worked out so hard that I was exhausted and my body just said, "Glucose--NOW, mutha."
