The Doctor is...also psychic, and tends to keep a firm barrier up at all times. If Mu isn't trying, I don't think he'd get anything - but if he was the Doctor would notice and get curious.

So, if Mu tries to Message him, the Doctor would know, and would probably accept it, because he's curious and overconfident.

Awesomecakes. If Mu noticed the barrier though, he wouldn't pry further unless he absolutely had to.

It's fine for Ravi (both points), but I think Rhode would at least try and resist Mu reading her thoughts. and it would be pretty hard to cause a mental breakdown in her as well. so I'm not sure how the second question would work with her.

forgot to mention this- In case you don't follow D.Grayman, Rhode could be considered a bit psychic I think so yeah, I have no idea how it would work with her. ^^;

Everything works out fine. The note in parenthesis was more in case of someone like Cloud, who's been mindfucked to begin with.

It's not that it won't be 'easy' but it'll require a conscious effort, that's all.

:D

Would it be alright if Mu occasionally said something about/reacted to any prevalent thoughts/emotions/worries your character might have?

Definitely! That'd be fun. ♥

In times of emergency, would it be alright for Mu to 'Message' your characters, or speak directly into their minds (barring a risk of mental breakdown, that is)?

Sure! I don't know how easy it would be with Albus...he's not exactly normal, but he's not quite psychic, either. He can sometimes "read" others' minds with magic. Does that count?
