#3 Black Books, the manager of Goliath books talking to Manny. Manager played by blonde dude in Hot Fuzz/Saun of the Dead

#6 James Bond talking to Q. I think it's Pierce Brosnen as Bond, which makes it one of Tomorrow Never Dies, The World is Not Enough, Golden Eye or that other one he was in.

#1 - 17 for the name, 8.5 for the characters (It was elmo, not cookie). Voices are Seth McFarlane

#3 - 16 for the name, 12 for the characters (come on, the manager?). Manny is played by Bill Bailey, and Simon Pegg was named in the comment above your own.

#6 - 4.75 for the movie (you did name 4). 19 for the characters. 9.5 for the actors, you didn't name Q in spite of the reminder. (Desmond whatisname)

You people make me sick!

#4 is Russel Crowe and 'Tugger', his sentient tugboat from South Park. I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say Matt Stone and Trey Parker had a hand in those two. Trey would have done Crowe, since he seems to think he's pretty good at Commonwealth accents.

I'm not going to flat out say that that was the best episode of any show ever, buuuuut...
