I still don't understand why I got this result. I shouldn't think about it too hard.
I need note that ACC Library's Used Book Sale has taken the "10 books for $1" route, with the sub-heading "We've lost our minds!!!" And I lost it with them since I got sucked into the deal. My "library" at home has now 10 more additions, including a British copy of Fever Pitch by Nick Hornby, a few outdated textbooks (I still think they're useful) and Diary of a Sit-In by Merrill Proudfoot, about how Proudfoot, a white Presbyterian clergyman and faculty member of Knoxville College, helped organize sit-in protests during the 1960s.
I'm looking forward to Friday. Date with my girl. It's going to be great. ^__^
