"Im so stressed" You're expected to babysit, do homework and so much more to do! plus you never enjoy school and you think about it constantly Quick Shift every time you feel these thoughts coming on, look for the positive situation and magnify it in you mind. It may be as simple as remembering how good you feel when you acomplish something or see one of your friends. Another trick is mindfulness, dont think about all the things that need doing and concentrate on the task at hand. Everytime an, 'i have so much homework' thought creeps in, acknowledge it and then get back on track to what you were doing .
