Why can't we ever have a vigilante thats competent and sane?

I mean, they're not really legal... but if they're going to be there they could at least do more help instead of causing more trouble.

They never help more than they hinder. All they do is cause paperwork, and half the time the criminals get to walk once it gets to court. Vigilantes are a pain in the ass.

But the baby-snatching is new.

If he's anything like the last one, when we do get him he won't be able to lie to cover himself at least.
