Yes, I understand that some of the people in my life have stated in my journal that they are here for me and care about me. I wish I didn't express things

Don't feel that you are losing this as an outlet. People don't mean to make you feel like you can't handle things on your own, they just don't know what else to say and feel a need to say something. I know where you are cause I've been there,and an outlet is the most importatn thing. If you feel you can't use this, please find something else to use or it's just going to bottle up. Some more sleep would probably help too.
