The last time Seattle reached 100 degrees, I was at Wild Waves.

The last time I experienced 105 degrees, I was at Magic Mountain.

Today I was commuting on an un-airconditioned bus.

I demand a recount.

We also have one room with AC - and I am barricaded into it with an ice chest for beverages and no desire to leave.

Yea. That sucks.

I've gotten used to really hot temps, but also used to -every- building have the AC turned on full blast.

I just wonder if it helps with local economy. There has to be a spike in people eating out and hanging out at malls/theaters.

When I went to the movies yesterday, /everyone/ in line in front of me essentially asked, "what's starting next?" Even though it was the expensive IMAX showing of Harry Potter, most people bought tickets.
