Friday some of the family went to seafair here in Seattle. It a weekend in August where hydro planes race on the water. For those that don't know what they are. They are boats that skim across the water. They also have air shows. The patriot fly grow, the Oracle, Fat Albert, and the Blue Angles all were the. Here are some pics for you.

Oh yes!! Its worth it though. It was my first time there. I'm usually working. I would do it again in a heart beat!

Cool, glad you got to go.

But to clarify, Seafair is a 2 week long event with parades (such as the Torch Light last Saturday) et al. But that's ok, it is best known for the culmination...the hydros.
As a kid we could hear those old Allison engines roaring around the lake during qualifying and on race day Sunday...I miss those loud engines. :)

I know there is more to it then that, but I was just giving everyone the the best part. Your pic is cool. I would be afraid of flipping it and dieing. For me I would want the cox pit closed.
