Having your own office kicks ass. Though, I do live alone, but I have the piles of junk around me too. There's still stuff I have to go through after living here for over two years.

Our downstairs storage room is filled with boxes like that. Mostly mine, mostly paper. Every time I sort through them I try to throw more of it away. This helps me get more organized so I can actually find things when necessary.
