That is sort of how it works though in some cases. I E-mailed the CBC with some comments once and had them contact me, asking me to call in to their TV news show once. :)

I wasn't aware that Australia was having another round of brush fires. The scene looks almost surreal.

Australia always has another round of bushfires, each and every summer, it's just that last year's were particularly bad.

Wow, if you're going to be on Australian radio, I might try and nab you while you're live :). Orange is a long way west of here, but I can still listen to the web broadcast.
