food. fashion fail. bnmf dvd con.
proud to have contributed on the 600,000 something dvd first week sales of bnmf. HOOORAH! :D :D
mine arrived last monday. i was having a rather bad day during that time and arashi, had once again, saved the day for me :D (plus the paycheck and good food!)
ate out at "bento ya!". there are so much in the menu that i was having a hard time choosing, settled with california maki, since it's been a while that i have some and cheese chicken katsu curry.
the place was rather small and dim. im not really a fan of yellow lights - that's why. they have quite a number of manga collections. the serving time was okay.
i like the maki, i was able to finish three in a flash. then they served my cheese katsu curry. i was surprised with how large their serving was. HAHAH. although i love cheese so much i was only able to consume about 1/3 of it.
i have plans on coming back to try their tempura ice cream! i must and i will. :D
a pair of uggs is a big no-no for fashionistas. but i prefer comfort over fashion. so screw! and dubai's temperature is starting to rise again (i think) im just making the most out of my bootsies before it goes to the closet and never be seen and worn again for safekeeping.
on to the DVD.
as i said earlier it arrived last monday. and my mom was telling me how the dvd has a zero chance of getting lost in the mail because of the address... the packaged was delivered to my mom's company's po box. hahah. and if you can see it there were THREE dubai's written on the address.
it's a bummer how i was not able to get the LE. still love my dvd.
i was surprised that i was able to restrain myself from watching the concert before getting my hands on my dvd. what an achievement for me, YAY! happy~
though the concert didn't reach my expectations - but don't get me wrong, i still love the whole concert specially their solos. it's just that maybe i have a super high expectations from them. oh well. as long as they had fun. i had fun. all is well.
favorite solo performances:
5th place: SHO's. it was cool. he really really looked cool in red. i love it but not as much as the other members.
4th and 3rd place: NINO's and OHNO's solos. i love the melody of both songs. and they are my favorite solo songs out of the bunch. but the performance was kinda normal.
2nd place: AIBA! i love it. so adorbs this guy.
1st plave: woooot~ JUN's. his intro was so cute. hahah. specially that nino power-up!
