We've had that happen with some of the older houses my family has owned and found out a lot about the history of the houses.

Thing is, they both claimed to have been raised there at the same time, and they weren't brothers.
A week later, I got up to the noise of JD going bonkers barking at the back window of my house. Shortly after that, the house next door was robbed.
The moral is: Don't be too quick to let sketchy people into your house under the pretense of "touring the old home". You could be their next victim. It's quite the scam when you think about it. My hat is off to them for inventive ways to case a house.
I hope Hershey is on guard!
