As far as I know, Scott was in L.A. when this episode was filmed because he was doing some surfing charity there and had one of his plays performed at theatre (anyone correct me if I'm wrong).

In my opinion, they should have just left him out of the episode completely. The way they tried to put him in was just poor, because, as you mentioned, after the ride with Joe, he just dissapears. Where the hell was he? Joe just left him in the jungle or what?!

And don't get me started on how horrible those last two scenes were, where they just cut him in somehow...

ullewap is correct. When this episode was filming, it was Scott's birthday week and he was out here (in LA) doing charity work and then a play he wrote was being performed. With as much as Scott's been photographed out here, weeks at a time, sometimes, I feel there will be more episodes where he's lacking. I only hope they're filmed better than this one was.

For Danny's inclusion, they should have just left him on the mainland for Grace's competition or worked him in better than how they did.

I'm so glad this episode works in your Brother 'verse! I was hoping that it would. If not with Catherine, then some way!

According to Lenkov, there's an Irish Pub in Chinatown called O'Toole's. Isn't that something?! An Irish bar...in Chinatown lol

Hmm. I hope not, 'cause this was not well edited at all :-/ Maybe they cut something out explaining his absence? It was really... not well accounted for.

It does work in the Brother 'verse , on a couple of levels :-) Both Cath and Joe White and even Danny, maybe :-)

An Irish pub in Chinatown- that's great! I remember being in a Chinese resturant in Germany and the Chinese waiters speaking German threw me off bad- here they speak Chinese, not English, so the German was weird :-) And when we were in Reims, outside Paris, we ended up eating in an Irish pub. My daughter was like, whattt? Why? But they had hamburgers, so, you know... hamburgers. lolol.
