Cakes

You get the feeling when you watch these shows like Ace of Cakes and Amazing Wedding Cakes that the cakes look better than they taste? I don't believe I've ever had fondant, but I can't imagine that taste-wise it'd compare to a light whipped icing, buttercream, or whatever

I had fondant once. It was like eating candy corn...squared. I didn't go back for more.
