Damn, man, Blizzard needs to 'borrow' some hairstyles from Warhammer. The ones the Chaos chicks get are nice.

Meanwhile, I'm trying to liquidate all my end game items before prices bottom out in WotLK. Fortunately,the cost of things hasn't gone down much on my servers yet. As an aside, I have way too much stuff.

It drives me crazy when people stab haphazardly into containers. Jars of mayonnaise, peanut butter, containers of cream cheese, spreadable butter, sour cream, ice cream, you name it. Regardless of party affiliation, you've got to admit this year is turning out to be exciting. It's the first time I really feel like I'm living history.

It amazes me that an 83 year old black woman, born and raised in North Carolina, with no formal education past high school, is more articulate than a professor at the University of Syracuse (age unknown) who was born and raised in Washington, D.C.

I ♥ the Olympics, but I have to say two things bother me about them:

1. Age. I really hate how 30+ is considered practically decrepit for the Olympics. I mean, what about people who's parents didn't get them into gymnastics or whatever at age 4 so they could compete at 16? As an aside, I'm really glad to see swimmers and gymnasts in their 30s ( Read more... )
