Two weeks ago, Mark Teixeira was in my line at work and i even talked to him a bit while he walked to his car, i swear, that made my day, LOL. Yesterday i finally got his auto! I couldnt be more giddy if i tried to!

I'm so freaking jealous. Tex is my first love in baseball and he's the only one of my favorites I haven't met. He's so hard to get to during regular season. I'm hoping to have more success this season when I see them on the road though. Especially since I don't know how much longer he'll be a Ranger. :-/
I'm seriously considering coming down for spring training next year. Only for a few days (I can't take very many vacation days at one time at my job)...probably Thursday through Sunday. So, if you can give me tips of cheap but nice places to stay, that would be awesome. I'm gonna start saving after I get back from California in July.
