Okay, so we decided not to buy a house right now. We both liked the house, but it needed things done, such as tree removal and such that we didn't want to have to do/worry about. We also decided that since I graduate in December, and Jeff only a year after that, we didn't want to have to try and sell a house if we need to move for jobs and such.
