alayna. i know exactly what you are feeling right now because i went through it for a long, long time. and i am not going to say that you're better off without someone. or that it's not all it's cracked up to be. or that your time will come soon enough. or one of the various other things i could say in hopes that they would make you feel better. because i know that, in truth, it won't help. all i will say is that you are beautiful and smart and funny and wonderful no matter your relationship status. and although i know you might not always feel that way, just remember that when i think of you, i think of someone whom i admire and look up to. and someone whom i often wish i was more like. that's the truth, guy. and i think that it's something to be immensely proud of. and like i said, i've had plenty of feelings like yours in the past. and if i remember correctly, you were always there for me, encouraging me. and that, my friend, is the least i can do for you.
I think if you wanted a boy friend, you could find one. But most guys smell like poo or treat girls like shit or only want in their pants, and you don't want a guy like that. But that's like 99% of guys. Dating some loser probably won't make you feel any better, and it might make you feel worse. It's okay to be selective.
