As far as I'm aware (and it affects archery severely, so I know a bit (though nothing medical)) you can't, except by losing/completely blocking the dominant eye. And by that, you'd have to do it continually and long-term--although if you lose an eye (as my friend found) the remaining eye compensates pretty quickly--though he's still relearning hand-eye coordination.
As far as I'm aware you can't be ambidextrous with eyes, either--you can favour one eye only slightly, but you will always favour one eye.
