The first two are a bit weird, I'm waiting for a point and worried that (like Seinfeld) the point is that there is no point, that it's a show about "nothing".
Compare & contrast to Apple's snarky ads: 30 seconds, clear and concise, funny, and with a well-defined message.
I'd say that MSFT needs to pay their advertising team better, except I think the price tag for this was astronomical...
