I felt a tad guilty after being lectured on my cholestorel & sugar levels this morning by my doctor.
Although, not guilty enough to stop me from partaking of our team's weekly Krispy Kreme tradition.

As an aside...
I'm probably the last person in the world to discover how cool Windows Live Writer is; but it's pretty slick. After having typed the previous 306 journal entries -- spanning the last 6 years -- via the LiveJournal webform, I've now entered the modern era of rich clients. I'd say that's progress.

This Seattle Life
Mandy & I were lucky to score two last minute tickets to the This American Life tour as it passed through Seattle on Wednesday, and had an incredible time. A falling out of our seats with laughter, thank god we weren't drinking or we'd have snorted chocolate milk from our noses, sort of time. It was that good.
