Thank you so much! Just to clarify, while I do eat a mostly vegan diet, it is by no means entirely vegan as my food sensitivities really limit my raw choices. I've gotten to a point where I need to avoid most fruit (berries okay in limited amounts) grains and nuts, therefore I've actually added back some flesh because otherwise all that was left were sprouts, non sweet fruits, seeds and greens!
