I started a new job last December, at Qwest, so this starts there. I worked the same job for the entire year. For the first time since 2007. Fuck that. Looks like meaningful healthcare reform is dead. I hope Obama will nut up and use his line-item to pare out the garbage or just sends it back outright. I think the Yes We Can dream is pretty much gassed. This has been a nice little reminder on who actually runs the country, it is Corporate America (including Insurance)/ Wall Street. My new place is a nice walk to a expensive but cute pre-supermarket era grocery. It is a shorter walk to where cop killers frequent, but you know, gentrification cures all.
